R. Andrew Osbourne, President

Jeffrey Smith, Senior Vice President

Donald Anderson, Treasurer

    Essential Expertise:
  • Specialization in Financial services sector / Executive Liability / Professional Liability
  • Wide-ranging, comprehensive experience in all commercial areas
  • Innovation and analysis led to the development of long-standing unique national program for insolvency practitioners
  • Innumerable volunteer roles in industry, sport and politics demonstrate natural aptitudes as mentor and strategist

  • Obtained first insurance position in Dublin in 1967
  • Travelled to Canada in 1970, liked it and stayed
  • Joined Firstbrook & Cassie Limited in 1973 where the firm grew along with Don’s career

Sean Anderson, Vice President

  • Focus on retail, wholesaler and importing enterprises

  • A keen eye to evaluate, target and support growth for clients’ and FCA’s future

Brenda Rose, Vice President

  • Particular focus on the additional needs of enterprises from US or elsewhere operating in Canada
  • Operations: Deployment and development, coaching and motivating
  • Industry advocate on technology, regulation and tax issues to drive business solutions for FCA clients

  • Joined management team in 1996, became Vice-President in 2000 and Partner in 2009
  • BA from University of Toronto in 1984, CIP designation in 1996
  • Past president of Toronto Insurance Conference and director of Insurance Brokers Association of Canada, with continuing industry leadership on key issues
